When classified per required action, there are 17 different emotions

  1. Anger - protect your boundaries
  2. Apathy & boredom - vacation from anger
  3. Guilt & Shame - moderate your behavior
  4. Hatred - shadow work
  5. Fear - focus now
  6. Anxiety & Worry - complete tasks
  7. Confusion - vacation from fear
  8. Jealousy - restore relationship
  9. Envy - restore fairness
  10. Panic & Terror - fight / flight / freeze
  11. Sadness - let go
  12. Grief - mourn losses
  13. Situational depression - plug the energy leak
  14. Suicidal urge - change your life
  15. Happiness - celebrate
  16. Contentment - bask in jt
  17. Joy - enjoy
